How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the type of garment you select. Ready-to-Ship items typically ship within approximately 3 business days, while Quick Ship items ship in approximately 4 weeks. Custom Collection and fully custom designs require additional production time. Current estimated ship times are posted on our website and confirmed when your order is placed.
Can I change the colors of a design shown on your website?
Yes! Most Collection designs are available in your choice of colors. Use our uDesign platform to select the colors that best coordinate with your show, school, or program, and we’ll create the design for you.
Can I modify or customize an existing design?
Yes. Many of our designs can be modified with options such as sleeves, skirts, pants, fabrics, or other design elements. Modified designs require a minimum order of 8 pieces and may require additional production time and cost.
Do you offer fully custom designs?
Absolutely! Our Custom Design Service allows us to create a look specifically for your program and performance. Fully custom designs require a minimum of 10 pieces or a $2,000 minimum order and typically take 12–16 weeks from design development through final production.
Is there a matching male?
Many collection styles have coordinating male companion options available or can be adapted to create one. If you need a matching male uniform, please contact our Customer Service Department to discuss available options.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Most team orders require a minimum of 4 pieces. Modified designs require a minimum of 8 pieces, and fully custom designs require a minimum of 10 pieces or a $2,000 minimum order. Minimums may vary depending on the product or design.
How do I determine the correct sizes for my performers?
Use our size chart and measurement instructions to select the best size for each performer. For the most accurate results, take current measurements and compare them directly to the size chart rather than ordering based on a performer’s usual clothing size. But you don’t have to do it by yourself, email us the measurements and one of our experts can assign sizes for you.
How do I place an order?
You can order many of our products directly through our website or work with an Algy by DeMoulin sales representative for team, modified, or custom orders. A team portal may also be available when individual performers need to place and pay for their own orders.
Can I order additional or replacement uniforms later?
Yes. Fill-in orders are available with a minimum of 4 pieces. Custom and modified designs are generally available for reorder for up to 5 years. Because fabrics, trims, and dye lots can change over time, exact color matches cannot always be guaranteed on later orders.
Can I make changes after my order has been placed?
Contact us immediately if you need to request a change. Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible. Approved changes may result in additional charges or affect the original delivery schedule.
What is your return, exchange, and cancellation policy?
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the type of item ordered. Custom, modified, personalized, embellished, and made-to-order garments are generally not returnable. Ready-to-Ship and other eligible stock items must meet our return requirements. Orders that have entered production may not be canceled or may be subject to cancellation charges.
What are my payment options?
Credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover
Purchase Orders: Colleges, High Schools, Middle Schools, Elementary Schools and City Park Districts purchase order will be accepted. Algy does not accept purchase orders from booster programs.

Do I Have To Pay In Full Or Can I Make A Deposit?
We will begin manufacturing your Made to Order costumes with a 50% deposit. The balance is due prior to your costumes shipping. All Quick Ship and Equipment items are to be paid in full when you place your order.
