Designs featured on our website are part of our current collection and are made to order in the specified fabrics, colors, and sizes of your choice. Our uDesign feature allows you to preview color combinations before placing your order. Fabric swatches are available upon request using the email address listed at the bottom of this page.

All orders require a minimum purchase of four (4) pieces per style. During the non-peak season (October–April), orders below the minimum may be accepted with approval and will incur a $150 surcharge per style. Additional uniforms ordered to match a previous purchase require submission of a sample uniform. While we make every effort to match existing garments, fabric dye lots may vary from year to year.

Sponsors and advisors who would like students to place individual orders may contact Customer Service to establish a team shopping portal. Styles not currently featured on the website may still be available for fill-in orders, and coordinating male companion styles may also be available upon request.

Many collection styles can be modified to better meet your program’s needs, including adjustments such as adding or removing sleeves, changing pant widths, adding mesh, or incorporating zippers. Modified styles require a minimum purchase of eight (8) pieces and, once approved, will remain available for reorder for five years.

Archived Styles - Styles no longer featured in our current collection may still be available for up to five years after their removal from the collection. Current pricing and availability can be obtained through your Regional Sales Manager or our Customer Service Department.

Creating a custom garment is a creative, collaborative process. Whether you have a finished sketch or simply a show concept, our Regional Sales Managers, Customer Service Team, and Design Department will help bring your vision to life while working within your budget and performance schedule. We'll guide you through design development, custom illustrations, sample creation, and final production.

Custom designs require a minimum order of 10 pieces of the same style and material combination. Clients should be prepared for pricing beginning around $175-$200 per uniform and a recommended project budget of at least $2,000. A sample garment is required before production begins to verify fit, colors, and design details.

Need a coordinating male companion garment? Our design team can develop a matching male version of your custom design. Please discuss your needs during the design consultation process.

Please allow approximately 12–16 weeks from your initial design request to delivery. This includes design development and sampling, sample review and approval, and approximately 8 weeks of production after sample approval. Fill-in orders are available with a 4-piece minimum, and custom designs remain available for reorder for five years from the original purchase date, subject to fabric availability.
